Method of Delivery 

Orders are usually shipped using USPS, DHL Express, DPD, PostNL, and FedEx.

Important Note: The actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and location, and all delivery dates are simply estimates. Please be advised that shipping times may be extended during peak periods or on holidays.

Change of Address

Once the delivery is on its way, we are unable to change the address. Please email us at support@worldofwomen.uk within 3-4 hours of making your order if you need to change the delivery address.

Cancellation

We cannot accept order cancellations after delivery. Please notify us within 3-4 hours after making your purchase if you desire to cancel.

Damage or Lost items

In the event that an item is received damaged, defective, or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at support@worldofwomen.uk within 48 hours for assistance. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment purposes.
